New Bharat Coaches have been working with schools and local authorities for over 37 years providing Coach Hire for schools, colleges and other educational establishments. We pride ourself on our professional, reliable & affordable service where quality & safety are paramount.

Being a family run business, with children of our own in education, we understand the need for safety and security. We also believe that travelling on our coaches should be a fun, enjoyable and educational experience.

All of our drivers are highly qualified, experienced & have been CRB approved. Our coaches, buses & vehicles are checked on a daily basis to ensure safety & reliability to ensure they are running to VOSA (Vehicle & Operator Services Agency) regulations and current legislation. Our vehicles are all clean, environmentally friendly, air conditioned, equipped with CCTV, toilet facilities and seat belts.

New Bharat Coaches works with schools and educational establishments to ensure that all school safety policies are adhered to as part of a schools overall risk assessment.

School Contract Coach Hire

New Bharat Coaches provide coaches, mini coaches, mini buses and people carriers for contract hire for schools in and around London, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire and surrounding borough’s.

We also provide daily morning and afternoon transport for home to school transport as well as for regular swimming and other school trips and excursions.

Coach hire for School Day Trips

New Bharat Coaches makes the process of booking a coach simple and easy. Just let us know when you need a Coach, the number of children travelling and the destination and we’ll do the rest. We can provide a School with a fixed price quote and payment terms.

The Terms & Conditions (“the Terms”) constitute a legally binding contract between the purchaser (“the Customer”) of services from New Bharat Coaches (“the Service Provider”).

Coach Hire Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between the Customer & the Service Provider for Coach Hire and any other related and agreed service or provision.

The Agreement is specific to a Customer and for the hire of the Coach(s) on a specific date & time to and from a specific location including any stops agreed (“the hire period”).

An Agreement does not allow for or include any detours or other services unless specifically agreed in advance & detailed explicitly on the Agreement.

Any use of the Coaches outside of the Hire Period or additional journeys will be subject to an additional charge on a per day usage.

The Agreement is not transferable between Customers, Dates of Hire and/or Routes.

An Agreement is only valid upon the payment of a deposit in advance and the Coach Hire Fee in full on the specified date. The Coach Hire Fee does not include the cost of time or materials in rectifying any damage that has occurred during the hire period to any coaches.

Where additional costs have been incurred in the service such as damage, these are detailed on a separate invoice.

It is the role & responsibility of the Customer to ensure that no damage is sustained to any of the vehicles hired from the Service Provider. The Customer assumes full and final responsisbilty for any damages incurred during the hire period. This excludes any vehicle damage from collision with another vehicle. It is also the role & responsibility of the Customer to report any damages or incidents to the Service Provider.

It is the role & responsibility of the Service Provider to provide a hired vehicle to the Customer on the agreed date and time for the journey(s) specified in the Hire Agreement.

The Service Provider agrees to report any damage that has occurred to the Customer in a timely manner.

The Payment Terms are strictly 14 days from the date of an Invoice unless otherwise agreed & stated on the Invoice. Failure to provide payment would constitute a Breach of Contract.

Once a Agreement have been agreed, a period of no less than 30 days would be required for the cancellation of said agreement. In lieu of notice the Hire Cost would still be due in full. In the event of cancellation, any deposit would be forfeit.

The cancellation can be made online or in writing to the Service Provider. The Service Provider will in turn confirm in writing advising of any payments or refunds due & the customer’s account updated accordingly.

The cancellation of any payment including direct debit or standing order is interpreted as a breach of contract.

In the event of a Breach of Contract the Service Provider reserves the right to claim any remaining sums due in full or part together with any further administrative costs & interest at the prevailing rate incurred. In such instances, the Service Provider is under no obligation to provide or resume any services for the Customer.

In the event of a refund due to a Customer, this would normally be processed within 30 days of the agreed refund.

Any complaints & disputes should in the first instance be addressed or communicated formally to the Service Provider.

In the event of a dispute cannot be resolved, the Service Provider agrees to enter dialogue through third-party mediation.

No third party shall have any right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of these Terms and Conditions.
